第１条　適用範囲

  1. 株式会社Wanderlust（以下「当社」といいます）がお客様との間で締結する宿泊契約は、この約款の内容によるものとします。なお、本施設に備え置きのご利用のご案内は、この約款と一体となって契約内容となります。
  2. 当社がお客様との間において、特約に合意した場合は、前項の規定にかかわらずその特約が優先するものとします。

Article 1: Scope of Application

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to accommodation contracts entered into between Wanderlust Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its guests. The Facility Usage Guide provided at the premises shall form an integral part of these terms.
  2. In the event of a special agreement between the Company and the guest, such special agreement shall prevail over these terms, regardless of the provisions set forth herein.

第２条　宿泊契約の申込み

  1. 当社指定の施設（以下「本施設」といいます）に宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当施設に申し出ていただきます。
    1. 宿泊者名
    2. 宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
    3. 宿泊者の連絡先
    4. その他当館が必要と認める事項
  2. 前項に基づき本施設に申出のあった内容に変更を生じたときは、変更後の内容を速やかに本施設に申し出ていただきます。
  3. お客様が、宿泊中に第1項2号の宿泊日を越えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当施設は、その申出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申込みがあったものとさせていただきます。

Article 2: Application for Accommodation Contract

  1. Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract at a designated facility of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") shall provide the following information:
    1. Guest name
    2. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
    3. Contact information of the guest
    4. Other details as deemed necessary by the Facility
  2. Should there be any changes to the above information, guests must promptly notify the Facility.
  3. If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the originally agreed dates, the request shall be considered a new application for an accommodation contract at the time it is made.

第３条　宿泊契約の成立等

  1. 宿泊契約は、当施設が前条の申し込みを当社が承諾したときに成立するものとします。
  2. 前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊期間（3日を超えるときは3日間）の基本宿泊料を限度として当施設が定める申込金を、当施設が指定する日までに、お支払いいただきます。なお、当社と別途会員契約を締結している場合には、そこに定める方法によりお支払いただきます。
  3. 次の各号に定める事由が生じたときは、本施設は、当該お客様にかかる申込みに基づく宿泊契約は、その効力を失うものとします。
    1. 前項の申込金を同項の定めにより宿泊開始前または当社が指定した日までにお支払いいただけないとき。
    2. 前条1項に基づき申出のあった連絡先への連絡を試みても、最初の連絡をした日から起算して10日以内（但し、宿泊日当日までの日数がこれに満たない場合は、宿泊日当日の15:00まで）に連絡がとれないとき。
    3. 本施設からの連絡を拒否されたとき。
  4. 前項2号及び3号に該当する場合、受領済みの申込金については、第5条2項の場合に準じて、本宿泊約款末尾記載の別表第2（以下、単に「別表第2」という）の違約金に従い，精算等を行います。なお、お客様に対して返還を行う場合の手数料等はお客様のご負担となります。

Article 3: Conclusion of Accommodation Contract

  1. The accommodation contract is deemed concluded when the Company accepts the application as set forth in the preceding article.
  2. Upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, the guest shall pay a deposit (not exceeding the basic accommodation fee for three days) by the date specified by the Company. For guests with a separate membership agreement, payment shall follow the specified methods therein.
  3. If any of the following occurs, the accommodation contract shall be deemed invalid:
    1. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date
    2. Inability to contact the guest within 10 days of the initial attempt (or by 3:00 PM on the day of stay if earlier)
    3. Refusal of communication from the Facility
  4. In such cases, any received deposit shall be handled in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2, and the penalties outlined in Appendix 2. Any associated handling fees for refunds shall be borne by the guest.

第４条　宿泊契約締結の拒否

  1. 当社は、次に掲げる場合、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
    1. 宿泊の申し込みが、この約款の内容に合致しないとき。
    2. 満室により本施設の提供ができないとき。
    3. 災害その他の緊急事態の発生等により、被災者及び災害復旧担当者等のため優先的に本施設を提供すべきことが現実に予定されるなど、前号に準ずる事由のあるとき。
    4. 宿泊しようとする方が、暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律及び暴力団排除に関する都道府県条例に定める暴力団もしくは暴力団関係団体その他反社会的勢力の構成員又はその関係者であるとき。
    5. 宿泊しようとする方が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
    6. 宿泊しようとする方が、伝染性の疾病にかかっている者であると明らかに認められるとき。
    7. 宿泊に関し社会通念上相当な範囲を超えるサービスその他の負担を求められたとき。
    8. 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
    9. 宿泊しようとする方が泥酔者等で、他のお客様に迷惑を及ぼし、もしくは本施設の運営を阻害するおそれがあるとき、又は他のお客様もしくは本施設の従業員に対し、迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
    10. 宿泊しようとする方について、心身の不調が明らかに認められる状態であるとき。
    11. 保護者の許可のない未成年者のみが宿泊するとき。
    12. 宿泊する権利を他に譲渡する目的で、宿泊の申込みをしたとき。
    13. 実際には宿泊する意思がないにもかかわらず、宿泊の申込みをしたとき。
    14. その他、各種法令又は都道府県条例等の規定する宿泊を拒むことができる場合に該当するとき。

Article 4: Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract

  1. The Company may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract under the following circumstances:
    1. When the application does not comply with these terms
    2. When the Facility is fully booked
    3. When the Facility is to be used for disaster response or similar priority use
    4. When the guest is affiliated with anti-social forces, including organized crime groups
    5. When the guest may engage in illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
    6. When the guest is evidently suffering from a contagious disease
    7. When the guest demands unreasonable services
    8. When natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or unavoidable reasons prevent accommodation
    9. When the guest is intoxicated or poses a disturbance to others
    10. When the guest is clearly mentally or physically unwell
    11. When minors attempt to stay without guardian consent
    12. When the booking is made for the purpose of transferring rights to another party
    13. When the booking is made without the intention to stay
    14. When accommodation is justifiably refused under laws or regulations

第５条　お客様の契約解除権

  1. お客様は、当社に申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
  2. お客様が前項により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金をお支払いいただきます。
  3. お客様が連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の到着予定時刻になっても到着しないときは、本施設は、その宿泊契約はお客様により解除されたものとして処理することができるものとします。

Article 5: Guest’s Right to Cancel the Contract

  1. Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the Company.
  2. If cancellation is made, a cancellation fee as per Appendix 2 shall apply.
  3. If the guest fails to arrive without notice by the expected arrival time on the day of stay, the contract may be treated as canceled by the guest.

第６条　当社の契約解除権

  1. 当社は、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
    1. お客様が、暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律及び暴力団排除に関する都道府県条例に定める暴力団もしくは暴力団関係団体その他反社会的勢力の構成員又はその関係者であるとき。
    2. お客様が、本施設内で、暴行、脅迫、恐喝、不当な要求、賭博行為、法令で許可されていない薬物、銃砲、刀剣類及びこれらの類似品の所持もしくは使用、他の利用客に迷惑を及ぼす行為、その他法令もしくは公序良俗に反する行為をし、又はこれらの行為をするおそれがあるとき。
    3. お客様が伝染性の疾病にかかっている者であると明らかに認められるとき。
    4. 宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超えるサービスその他の負担を求められたとき。
    5. 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
    6. 本施設での寝タバコ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら等、火災予防・防火に支障を及ぼす行為をしたとき。
    7. 宿泊する権利を譲渡し、又は譲渡しようとしたとき。
    8. 宿泊契約の締結が旅行代理店を通じてなされている場合において、当該旅行代理店からの宿泊代金の支払いが確認されていないとき。なお、宿泊代金の支払いが確認されていない場合とは、支払いが金融機関の窓口営業時間終了の間際に振込の方法によって、もしくは金融機関の営業時間の如何にかかわらずインターネットを介した銀行取引の方法等によってなされたものの、翌日が金融機関の休業日となっているため、当日に振込の事実が確認されない場合を含みます。
    9. この約款又は本施設の利用規則に違反したとき。
    10. その他、第4条の各号、各種法令又は都道府県条例等の規定する宿泊を拒むことができる場合に該当するとき。
  2. 前項に基づく解除の通知は、口頭又は第2条に基づき申出のあったお客様の連絡先への電話、電子メール又は書面により行うものとし、当該通知が、第2条に基づき申出のあった連絡先に通知をしても到達しない場合には、第3条3項の規定を適用するほか、通常到達すべき期間を経過した時点をもって到達したものとみなして取扱うことができるものとします。
  3. 当社が前二項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、第1項3号及び5号の場合を除き、宿泊料金の返還はいたしかねます。

Article 6: Company’s Right to Cancel the Contract

  1. The Company may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
    1. If the guest is affiliated with anti-social forces
    2. If the guest engages in illegal or inappropriate behavior within the Facility
    3. If the guest is evidently suffering from a contagious disease
    4. If unreasonable service is demanded
    5. If natural disasters or unavoidable reasons prevent accommodation
    6. If the guest smokes indoors or tampers with safety equipment
    7. If the guest transfers or attempts to transfer the accommodation right
    8. If payment via a travel agency is not confirmed
    9. If the guest violates these terms or Facility rules
    10. If any case in Article 4 or relevant laws apply
  2. Notice of cancellation shall be given via phone, email, or in writing using the contact information provided. If unreachable, it shall be deemed delivered after a reasonable period.
  3. No refunds will be issued except in cases described in Article 6, Paragraphs 1(3) and 1(5).

第７条　宿泊の登録

  1. お客様は、旅館業法第6条、同法施行規則第4条の1及び当社の所在する都道府県の定める条例に基づき、宿泊日当日、当社のフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
    1. お客様及び宿泊者全員の氏名、年令、性別、住所及び職業
    2. 日本国内に住所を有しない外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日
    3. 出発日及び出発予定時刻
    4. その他当社が必要と認める事項

Article 7: Guest Registration

  1. Guests must register the following details on the day of stay as per relevant laws and ordinances:
    1. Full name, age, gender, address, and occupation of all guests
    2. For non-residents of Japan: nationality, passport number, port and date of entry
    3. Date and estimated time of departure
    4. Other required information

第８条　本施設の使用時間

  1. お客様が当社の本施設を使用できる時間は、当社が定めるチェックイン時刻からチェックアウト時刻までとします。但し、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。
  2. 当社は、前項の定めにかかわらず、同項に定める時間以外の本施設の使用に応じることがあります。この場合において、出発予定日のチェックイン時刻を越える場合は、1泊分の宿泊料金相当分の追加料金を申し受けるものとし、到着日のチェックアウト時刻前からの使用についても同様とします。
  3. 前二項に基づきお客様が本施設を使用できる時間内であっても、当社は、安全及び衛生管理その他当社の運営管理上の必要があるときは、本施設に立入り、必要な措置をとることができるものとします。

Article 8: Use of the Facility

  1. Guests may use the Facility from the designated check-in time until the check-out time.
  2. Use outside these hours may incur an additional fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
  3. The Company reserves the right to enter the Facility for safety, hygiene, or operational reasons.

第９条　利用規則の遵守

  1. お客様は、本施設内においては、当社の定める利用規則に従っていただきます。

Article 9: Compliance with Facility Rules

  1. Guests must comply with the Facility rules established by the Company.

第10条　料金の支払い

  1. お客様が支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳は、本宿泊約款末尾記載の別表第1（以下、単に「別表第1」という）に掲げるところによります。
  2. 前項の宿泊料金等の支払いは、当社が請求したとき、当社が認めたクレジットカード又は当社が承認する決済手段を用いる方法により、当社が指定する場所において行っていただきます。
  3. 当施設が宿泊客に本施設を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、お客様が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。

Article 10: Payment of Fees

  1. Accommodation fees and related charges are outlined in Appendix 1.
  2. Payments must be made via approved methods at the designated location when requested by the Company.
  3. If the guest chooses not to stay after the Facility has been made available, fees will still apply.

第11条　当社の責任

  1. 当社は、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の不履行、又は不法行為によりお客様に損害を与えたときは、当社に故意又は重過失のある場合を除き、10万円を限度としてその損害を賠償します。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、当社にはお客様に対する賠償責任は生じません。

Article 11: Company’s Liability

  1. The Company is liable for damages caused by its intentional or gross negligence, up to a limit of 100,000 JPY. The Company assumes no liability for reasons beyond its control.

第12条　お客様の手荷物又は携帯品の保管

  1. お客様がチェックアウトした後、お客様の手荷物又は携帯品が当施設に置き忘れられていた場合、当社は、原則として発見日を含めて7日間保管し、その間にお客様から返還の申出があった場合には、着払いにてご指定のご住所にお送りいたします。飲食物及び雑誌並びにその他の廃棄物に類するものについては全て廃棄させていただきます。
  2. 当社は、置き忘れられた手荷物又は携帯品について、内容物の性質に従い適切な処理を行うため、その中身を任意に点検し、必要に応じ、遺失者への返還又は前項に従った処理を行うことができるものとし、宿泊者がこれに異議を述べることはできないものとします。

Article 12: Lost or Left-Behind Items

  1. Items left behind will be stored for seven days from the date of discovery. Upon request, they will be returned cash-on-delivery.
  2. Perishable goods and waste will be discarded. The Company may inspect contents to handle items appropriately. Guests may not object.

第13条　駐車の責任

  1. お客様が当社の駐車場をご利用になる場合、当社は駐車場所をお貸しするものであって、車両の保管責任まで負うものではありません。但し、当社の駐車場内においてお客様に生じた車両の滅失、毀損等の損害について、当社の責に帰すべき事由のあるときは、それが故意又は重過失である場合を除き、10万円を限度としてその損害を賠償します。

Article 13: Parking Liability

  1. The Company provides parking space only and is not responsible for vehicle safekeeping. Liability for loss or damage due to Company negligence is limited to 100,000 JPY.

第14条　お客様の責任

  1. お客様によるこの約款もしくは利用規約に違反する行為及びその他お客様の責に帰すべき事由により、当社が本施設の清掃・修繕費用の支出、利用機会の喪失その他の損害を被ったときは、お客様に、当社が被った損害を賠償していただきます。

Article 14: Guest Liability

  1. Guests shall compensate the Company for any damage caused due to violation of these terms or misuse of the Facility.

第15条　本施設の清掃

  1. 当社が必要と認める場合には、随時本施設の清掃ができるものとします。
  2. 前項の本施設清掃について、お客様は、これを拒否できないものとします。

Article 15: Cleaning of the Facility

  1. The Company may clean the Facility as necessary.
  2. Guests may not refuse cleaning.

第16条　約款の改定

  1. この約款は、必要に応じて随時改定することができるものとします。この約款が改定された場合、当社は、改定後の約款の内容及び効力発生日を当社のホームページに掲出するものとします。

Article 16: Amendment of Terms

  1. These terms may be revised as needed. Revisions and their effective dates will be posted on the Company website.

第17条　免責事項

  1. 当施設からのインターネット通信のご利用にあたりましては、お客様ご自身の責任にて行うものといたします。インターネット通信のご利用中にシステム障害その他の理由によりサービスが中断し、その結果利用者がいかなる損害を受けた場合においても、当施設は一切の責任を負いません。また、インターネット通信のご利用に当施設が不適切と判断した行為により、当施設および第三者に損害が生じた場合、その損害を賠償していただきます。

Article 17: Disclaimers

  1. Guests use internet services at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any loss resulting from network disruptions or inappropriate internet usage.
